Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each / 170 g each)
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Garnish and Serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Dry the salmon fillets with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
  2. Mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets evenly with the seasoning mixture, then add the lemon juice over the top.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serving
  1. Finish the cooked salmon with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
