Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (60% cacao or higher)
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt (optional)

Preparation
  1. Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Cover a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
Assembly
  1. Spread the melted chocolate over the parchment paper into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.
  2. Scatter the dried blueberries and chopped almonds or walnuts over the chocolate surface.
  3. Press the dried blueberries and nuts lightly into the chocolate to help them stick.
  4. Add flaky sea salt over the bark if using.
Chilling and Serving
  1. Refrigerate the chocolate bark for at least 30 minutes until it becomes firm.
  2. Break the chilled bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store the bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
