Preparation
- Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Cover a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
Assembly
- Spread the melted chocolate over the parchment paper into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.
- Scatter the dried blueberries and chopped almonds or walnuts over the chocolate surface.
- Press the dried blueberries and nuts lightly into the chocolate to help them stick.
- Add flaky sea salt over the bark if using.
Chilling and Serving
- Refrigerate the chocolate bark for at least 30 minutes until it becomes firm.
- Break the chilled bark into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store the bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
