Preparation
- Mix the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl until the mixture holds together as a sticky granola base.
- Place liners or silicone molds in a muffin pan, then firmly press the granola mixture into the bottom of each cup to create the crust.
Filling and Topping
- Add Greek yogurt to each prepared cup and level the surface evenly.
- Finish with fresh berries and any desired optional toppings, including granola clusters, chia seeds, coconut flakes, nuts, seeds, or dark chocolate drizzle.
Chilling
- Freeze the yogurt granola cups for at least 4 hours, until firm throughout.
- Allow the frozen yogurt granola cups to stand at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving for a softer texture.
Notes
Store frozen yogurt granola cups in an airtight container for up to 2–3 weeks, placing parchment paper between layers to help prevent sticking.
