Ingredients
  

Granola Crust
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3–4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Yogurt Filling
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
Toppings
  • Fresh berries for topping
  • Chia seeds (optional)
  • Dark chocolate drizzle (optional)
  • Coconut flakes (optional)
  • Granola clusters (optional)
  • Protein powder (optional)
  • Nuts or seeds (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl until the mixture holds together as a sticky granola base.
  2. Place liners or silicone molds in a muffin pan, then firmly press the granola mixture into the bottom of each cup to create the crust.
Filling and Topping
  1. Add Greek yogurt to each prepared cup and level the surface evenly.
  2. Finish with fresh berries and any desired optional toppings, including granola clusters, chia seeds, coconut flakes, nuts, seeds, or dark chocolate drizzle.
Chilling
  1. Freeze the yogurt granola cups for at least 4 hours, until firm throughout.
  2. Allow the frozen yogurt granola cups to stand at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving for a softer texture.

Notes

Store frozen yogurt granola cups in an airtight container for up to 2–3 weeks, placing parchment paper between layers to help prevent sticking.
