Preparation
- Cut the salmon fillets into cubes and remove the skin if preferred.
- Combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and water in a bowl, whisking until the marinade is blended.
- Place the salmon cubes in the marinade and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Cooking
- Warm a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated salmon cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
- Add the remaining marinade to the skillet and simmer until it reduces into a thick, glossy glaze.
Assembly
- Build the bowls with cooked white rice, glazed salmon, diced avocado, sliced cucumber, and cooked edamame.
- Finish with a drizzle of sriracha mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Keep the avocado separate from leftovers and add it fresh when serving to maintain the best texture.
