Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz / 340 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, optional
  • 3 cups puffed quinoa
  • Flaky salt, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare a baking sheet or mini muffin tin by covering it with parchment paper.
  2. Heat the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth.
  3. Mix the peanut butter into the melted chocolate if using.
  4. Add the puffed quinoa to the chocolate mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Place small portions of the quinoa chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet or divide into molds.
  6. Finish the crisps with a sprinkle of flaky salt if using.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate the crisps for about 20 minutes until firm and set.
Serving
  1. Serve the quinoa chocolate crisps chilled or at room temperature.
