Preparation
- Mash the raspberries in a medium bowl until mostly smooth, keeping some small pieces of fruit if preferred.
- Mix the yogurt with the mashed raspberries until evenly combined.
- Place paper liners in a mini muffin tin or set up a silicone mold for filling.
- Divide the raspberry yogurt mixture among the molds or liners, filling each portion about halfway.
Chilling
- Freeze the yogurt bites for at least 4 hours until fully firm.
Topping
- If using, melt the chocolate chips in short microwave intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
- Take the frozen yogurt bites out of the molds and add the melted chocolate over the tops.
- Place the bites back in the freezer for several minutes until the chocolate topping is firm.
Serving
- Serve the raspberry yogurt bites frozen.
Notes
Store the frozen bites in an airtight freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
