Ingredients
  

Yogurt Bites
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup yogurt of choice (plain or vanilla)
Chocolate Topping
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mash the raspberries in a medium bowl until mostly smooth, keeping some small pieces of fruit if preferred.
  2. Mix the yogurt with the mashed raspberries until evenly combined.
  3. Place paper liners in a mini muffin tin or set up a silicone mold for filling.
  4. Divide the raspberry yogurt mixture among the molds or liners, filling each portion about halfway.
Chilling
  1. Freeze the yogurt bites for at least 4 hours until fully firm.
Topping
  1. If using, melt the chocolate chips in short microwave intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  2. Take the frozen yogurt bites out of the molds and add the melted chocolate over the tops.
  3. Place the bites back in the freezer for several minutes until the chocolate topping is firm.
Serving
  1. Serve the raspberry yogurt bites frozen.

Notes

Store the frozen bites in an airtight freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
