Preparation
- Heat the oven to 400°F / 200°C and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or foil.
- Dry the salmon fillets with paper towels before adding the glaze.
- Combine 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to create the salmon glaze.
- Coat the salmon fillets evenly with the Dijon mixture and arrange them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F / 63°C internally.
Sauce and Serving
- Mix 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until the sauce is smooth.
- Add the creamy lemon Dijon sauce over the baked salmon and finish with chopped parsley before serving.
