Smoothie Bowl Base
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Toppings
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Banana slices
  • Blueberries
  • Granola
  • Shredded coconut
  • Chia seeds
  • Slivered almonds
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the banana into chunks and freeze for at least 2 hours before preparing the smoothie bowl.
  2. Place the frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, and Greek yogurt in a food processor.
  3. Process the mixture for 2–4 minutes until thick and smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed without adding extra liquid.
  4. Spoon the thick smoothie mixture evenly into serving bowls.
  5. Add sliced strawberries, banana slices, blueberries, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, slivered almonds, chopped walnuts, and cinnamon over the smoothie mixture.
  6. Serve immediately while the smoothie bowl remains cold and thick.
