  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Avocado Lime Sauce
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
Garnish
  • Fresh cilantro, optional garnish

  • Chili flakes, optional garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Heat the oven to 400°F / 200°C and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Dry the salmon fillets with paper towels, then coat them with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Baking
  1. Arrange the seasoned salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until the fish is opaque, flakes easily, and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F / 63°C.
Sauce
